Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed with care within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your bag’s journey to your doorstep.
- Shipping: (2–5 business days) – Flat rate of $5.95
- International Shipping: We’re proud to ship worldwide! For more information, please reach out to our sales team sales@thesignbag.com Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every bag we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
- Return Window: You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received a defective or damaged item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery at sales@thesignbag.com. We’ll take care of it right away.
