How it Started
Like many agents, I spent my early years hustling and hosting open houses every weekend, sometimes four per weekend. My open house signs are your money-makers. They are your first impression. I kept them spotless, along with my car. But the truth? Without a system, it was chaos. Signs rattled in my trunk, sharp metal stakes scratching the interior, and dirt everywhere from pulling them out of the ground made a mess. After hundreds of open houses and a ruined car, I realized I had wasted enough time, energy, and money fighting the same problem.
That frustration sparked an idea. There had to be a better way, a system built by an agent for agents. That’s when TheSignBag was born.
